1. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE :  Our clearing department is well equipped in knowledge of customs documentations and procedures, and it helps us in given out the best, efficient and fast services. We understand the importance of time in business; and therefore, we always try to work within time, to the benefit of the customer.
   
   

2. FORWARDING (NVOCC) :  We have the logistics to move cargo from any part of Ghana. We can also send the container to the clients' premises and our experts in cargo handling will load the container in front of the customer to any part of the world. (FCL/FCL).
   
   

3. CONSOLIDATION/DECONSOLIDATION (FCL/LCL): We handle  (received) group age containers. This service needs extra care in terms of handling and unstuffing, in other not to cause damage to the fragile items, which we believe we are expert.  Our records have shown that, over the years, we have not had any incident of damage that may cause financial loss to our principals and ourselves.
   
   

4. WAREHOUSING: We have access to well protected customs bonded warehouse at a very moderate fee for our customers.
   
   

5. TRANSIT :  For sometime now, Ghana port and harbour have become transit point for some of our neighboring countries in the sub region. Joemar has been playing very important role in this direction and we will continue to make our excellent services available to all clients.
   
   

6. TRANSPORT:   We have access to trucks, which can transport any cargo to any part of Ghana and beyond.
   
   

7. DOOR-TO-DOOR :  We offer door-to-door delivery services to customers who for some reasons  may not want to be at the port. These services give customers ample time to attend to their other businesses. Factually, our customers have admitted and recommended that, our door-to-door delivery service is second to none.
   
   

8. FREIGHT COLLECT :  We collect freight on behalf of our principals here in Ghana. We are trustworthy, reliable and financially disciplined. Our accounts department makes sure that, all freight collected are remitted immediately. We understand the system and the operations in the shipping business well.
   
   

9. CREW MANAGEMENT / SUPPLY :  We have attached so much importance to this department, because we know how dicey the area could be, therefore, we have employed top qualified people, those  we believe, they understand the principles of marine well, to manage the department.
